I'm Meredith and I've walked in those well-worn shoes of yours, feeling the debilitating discouragement and the stress of wondering, "will I ever lose weight?" "Will I ever get control of my eating?"


In 2011, I realized that no diet was going to get me where I wanted to be. I needed to take matters into my own hands and connect with myself on a deeper level.


What I wanted was to feel fit and strong in my body, love my clothes, and feel happy and connected with those I love.



But I had no idea how. I struggled with heavy anxiety and stress. And then one day, I stumbled upon an article discussing natural remedies for anxiety and how emotions and eating were so connected.



I ended up starting counseling myself to process my own emotions, and I joined a gym. This was my turning point. I studied and researched emotional eating and food relationships, and was blown away by my food relationships. I started to change my patterns and the weight came off, exercise was fun, and I felt so much confidence.


I was so blown away by my results that I decided to become a health coach and guide women through the same transformation that I had.
